Delete your Golem account.

We believe you should have complete control over your data. You can instantly delete your Golem account and all associated cloud data directly from within the app.

How to delete in-app

1. Open the Golem app on your iPhone.
2. Tap the Settings gear icon on the main dashboard.
3. Scroll down to the ACCOUNT section.
4. Tap the red Delete Account button and confirm.

What gets deleted

This action is permanent and immediate. All your backed-up progress, reps, streak data, and account profile information will be permanently removed from our Supabase servers and cannot be recovered.

Manual deletion requests

If you no longer have access to the app or your device, you can request manual account deletion by emailing us from the address associated with your Apple or Google sign-in.
